With the exception of unsuitable weather conditions, postal delays, annual leave & Bank Holidays, we're unable to hold orders beyond 14 working days. We reserve the right to postpone dispatch should we deem necessary.

Packaging: We use premium materials & a trusted technique to minimise risk to livestock during transit. Coral is carefully packaged in leak-proof containers / heat-sealed bags covered in thermal wrap with a 40+hr heat pack (as required) within a strong, insulated 100% recyclable polybox. The majority of our packaging is re-usable & recyclable, whilst keeping contents safe during transit.
Delivery Address:

DOA Policy (Live Arrival Guarantee)
Each coral is carefully checked & will only leave us in healthy condition. Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions & for no definitive reason, coral may perish during transit; for your peace of mind, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee, subject to the following;
Terms & Conditions:
- Part of order Dead On Arrival: We'll offer a replacement if available or refund purchase price of affected coral, excluding delivery charge;
- Complete order Dead On Arrival: We'll offer a replacement if available or issue a full refund, including delivery charge;
- Parcel must be accepted first delivery attempt & carefully inspected without delay before opening heat-sealed packaging.
- Any concerns, clear photos of affected item (not blurry) in original, sealed packaging must be provided within 1 hour of tracked delivery to orders@reefmachine.com
- Affected item(s) must remain sealed & temperature acclimated whilst you await response.
- No goods should be disposed of or returned without our prior written consent.
Observation may be required to allow recovery from shipping stress & we'll provide instructions. We may require you to return affected goods with original packaging & if necessary, will provide a pre-paid returns label; any refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving return.
N.B. Due to the sensitive nature of goods & variables beyond our reasonable control that can adversely affect sensitive live coral, no extended warranty or guarantee is provided.
